Disappointed in their lack of organisation the painter was brilliant but to ask for more money after the painter saying was a big job is not acceptable in my book. They didn't come and view the job and made excuses about flying back from Turkey and hitting the ground running what a poor excuse like it was my fault they had been on holiday and they could not asses a job correctly
Build hubThanks for your review, we reviewed your job based upon pictures sent to us, we tried our best to accomodate everything you asked however even after a written agreement on what the job entailed, there was more and more added to which you even admitted to feeling like “a pain” We run a business based on trust and respect so will always try to help where possible but there comes a point where more will be charged if the work load doubles.
