Skim Plastering for 3 Rooms
Wallpaper removal and to plaster 3 bedrooms, my home was like a building site. 1) Plastering is to a substandard and extremely poor workmanship 2) Plaster is missing in many areas of the walls 3) Plaster rough to the touch 4) The 'mesh' is showing through the plaster in many areas of the walls 5) My brand-new windows in all 3 bedrooms were not properly or correctly protected - the frames and windows covered in plaster, mesh poking out 6) Windowsills not protected at all 7) Doors, Skirting boards, sliding wardrobe doors (also brand new), and my clothes and boots inside the wardrobe also splashed with plaster. Including bed bases and brand-new wardrobe. 8) Carpets in the bedrooms not properly or correctly protected - there are hard clumps of plaster on carpets and brown patches 9) Internet hub and the wires covered in plaster 10) Light switches and sockets also covered in plaster - some of these had screws removed (unable to find the screws). 11) A trail of dirt and plaster up and down the stairs. Hallway and landing barely protected 12) Rubbish left at the back of the house 13) Footprints leading to their car and back to the house 14) They used my shower to clean themselves (and the squeegee that I use to clean the shower glass was full of plaster). 15) They mixed the plaster in the bedrooms and not outside They came unprepared to do the job I has asked them to do, occasionally going to B&Q They used my scrapers for the wallpaper removal. They used my black sacks for the rubbish. They used a bucket I had outside (without asking) They used my cleaning products and clothes (to try and remove the plaster from the carpet of the first bedroom).

Replace and Install New Floor Tiles
Both the individuals were very professional, Navdeep and Lovedeep. Finished the job in the specific timeline, remained within the agreed quote. They use to clean the house at the end of every day. The finish was clean. I am glad to have offered them the work. Since then they have been offered jobs by my friends too and they are satisfied too. I would definitely recommend Brother constructions

Ground Floor Toilet Refurbishment
The quality of work was excellent. It was done in time promised and they only asked for part of the payment when most of the work was done. They not only renovated the toilet beautifully but ensured the house was nice and clean afterwards.
