Hall & Stairs Decoration
This job was for my 90 yr old grandma. Trevor told us that he’s not one of these people who add extra ££££ to the bill, what he quoted is what you pay. However he did tell my grandma halfway through the job she needed to pay an extra £40, to complete the job. There are places where the wall paper has already been peeling, my grandma contacted Trevor about this problem, and he said he would come and rectify the problem. Which now was weeks ago and she hasn’t seen him, there has been no further contact.
brodecI quoted for 9 rolls on this job even though I did say I doubt its 9 rolls of wallpaper as the client assured me a decorator had said its only 9 rolls I had to go and purchase another 2 rolls to finish the job and get the right match (which I did) I then had to go back another additional day to finish which was a lot extra I could of charged another day (as this was not my fault) but I only charged for putting another 2 rolls on the wall which I thought was very reasonable I do not charge extras but another day and 2 rolls have to covet some of the costs also part of the paper has lifted near a corner ive nit had a chance to go back yet to rectify but I will over the next few weeks

Internal Painting
This very friendly and approachable decorator gave me a very reasonable quote for the job posted. He arrived on time and continued to decorate throughout the day at a reasonable pace, he did not stop until the job was done at which time he accepted a few minutes sit and a cup of tea. During the few minutes sit he asked me to see the job and also made sure that I was happy with it. The job took a bit longer than expected but the price remained unchanged. Trevor takes pride in doing a good job and his chatty and friendly nature make him very approachable...well done Trevor and very happy us. Would recommend.
