Responsive and Proficient. Agreed a time slot. He turned up and carried out the job. The tenant had only told me of 2 doors but there was an additional door, which he did notify me of and request a nominal increase. This was reasonable and agreed. Would use again.

Internal Mortice Lock Opening
This is an expert locksmith who had all the tools to open a tricky internal lock (skeleton keys, woodworking tools and a grinder strong enough to cut the bolt of a lock that was completely stuck). He responded very quickly, was flexible in schedule, and completed the job well to specification.
