Brilliant communication and did the job as stated, also completed in time given, John also had to do a bit extra and did not have any issues, just cracked on and finished job. Also came back few days later to check if everything was all good and I was happy.. will be using John again for any other work I have as very reliable. Thanks John.
New Kitchen Wall Tiling Needed
John is a tradesman who takes pride in his work. He listened to our wishes and even helped to fix a leaky pipe. Friendly and tidy, left a clean kitchen after the job was done. I am happy with my kitchen!
Replace Faulty Thermostatic Shower
John came to replace a very old faulty thermostatic shower unit. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with, everything was completed quickly and properly. New shower he recommended works like a dream. Very reliable and communicative plumber, would commission again.

Bathroom Installation
Quoted 2 weeks to do the work and then finished it in around a month. Had to get emergency plumbers out due to a leak coming from under the bath,, tried to contact John but no answer. Emergency plumber said there was no sealant on the bath, the waste pipe wasn’t tightened properly and the overflow wasn’t connected properly so water had been leaking under the bath and coming through the light switch downstairs. Also had issues with the overflow on the water tank outside which was constantly leaking, which it wasn’t doing before the bathroom was fitted. It’s been 2 weeks since I attempted to contacted John to make him aware of this, and have had no response. Would have given him an opportunity to resolve the problem, but feel like this needs to be done to make people aware. An another issue is that he seemed to come to do the work, then go elsewhere to complete other jobs, which didn’t help the timeframe. This meant sometimes he ended up doing the work until 7/8 at night, which wasn’t ideal.

They submitted an affordable estimate and commenced the job they where were very proffesional about the way they worked. they did an extra job for us at no extra cost. on completion they cleaned dthe arera thourghly we would have no hessidtation in reccomending them to our friend
