I am afraid i cannot recommend using this person. My job was left unfinished and the tradesperson has refused to complete it and has failed to provide a refund for the unfinished work. I have tried to engage with them but they have ignored calls and messages. the level of customer service i received was appalling.

Brighter bathroomsThis person was the most ungrateful customer i have ever worked for in 20 years i have never had a bad review ever ! Then asked for an extortionate amount of money for a tap cartridge and a bath panel , obviously forgetting the work i had done for free because it needed doing for me to complete the job i was doing , i think this customer could find fault with anything except himself of course

Dek arrived on time he was very professional and polite. He is very thorough with the work he does. His prices are cheap. He has done an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him. I would definately use him again in the future and recommend him to friends and family.
