Ben arrived on time and was respectful of our property. He was knowledgeable and quickly located and isolated the problem. Ben kept me updated throughout his visit informing me what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it with a temporary fix. Afterwards he sent me the details of what he had done to resolve the issue temporarily and what needs to be done to permanently resolve the issue so I could share this information with my landlord. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and I have suggested my landlord use him to carry out the full works that need doing. Thank you Ben!

Ben from Brg Electrical was very professional. He arrived when he said he would, he was very polite, when he arrived, he explained what he would have to do to complete the job, and how much it was going to cost. I found the price he charged to be very reasonable, compared to what other electricians were quoting. I would recommend Brg to anyone looking for an electrician they can trust. I'm happy with his work.
