Full Medium Bathroom Refurbishment
Absolute joke, turned up a week late and took six weeks for a small bathroom renovation due to the workman not turning up over a pay dispute. Finally another worker turned up who wired up the bathroom pump with no earth and completely removed the wiring for my immersion. Ps the earth cable was cut and I paid an emergency electrician over £400 to make it safe. Was told I would be reimbursed but no contact since. I even had to finish the painting myself and some grouting . I would steer clear of this company.
Brentwood bathrooms ltdWe are disappointed to read this reivew ,as it does not accurately reflect the circumstances of the project. The work took longer than originally anticipated partly because changes were requested including the use of larger tiles .There was no payment dispute with the fitter,when our fitter left the property the bathroom and its electrical connections were working.we understand that the installation was subsequently taken apart with out giving us the opportunity to inspect the alleged problem or arrange any necessary remidal work. The customer paid the invoice and all requested extras in full upon completion.we remain committed to dealing with genuine concerns professionally but we strongly disagree with several of the claims made in this reivew

The installer Alex was fantastic. He worked so hard, was polite and professional the whole time. And a very professional job
