Topsoil Removal for 12m x 3m Area
Thus trade said all the right things and appeared knowledgeable before we agreed to the work (3 course retaining wall and patio). In short, we would not recommend them at all for the reasons summarised below: - Did not stick to what was agreed from day 1 -On day 2, after having had a substantial deposit paid, asked for more money up front - despite what was agreed - Did not make us aware that they subcontracted the wall building. The bricklayer assessed what was needed (days after price agreed and work started) and we were told they price for the wall needed to increase substantially. We then told them we would het wall sorted as could not afford this substantial increase. - Started with the patio (up the middle) before wall was sorted - no wacker plate used until we raised this. -Numerous let downs with large amount of waste at front of our property (some was removed after numerous texts and we were left with the rest to sort at additional cost to ourselves) - We told them to stop the job due to total breakdown of trust in how job would be completed -Left hundreds of pounds out of pocket
Deck Removal, Steps, Gravel & Stones
Bradley and Connor were very approachable and pleasant from the get go. The whole team were extremely efficient and skilled at their work. Fair prices, very good quality work and very speedy too. I would 100% recommend this company and go back to them if I need any other work doing in the future
Rubbish Removal: Earth and Decking

This tradesman had all the correct qualities Arrived on time Got on with the job required Was always polite and friendly Made sure finished work was satisfactory Will use again without hesitation
Renew One Side of Fencing
The guys who came were very friendly and respectful to the property. They did a first class job which I was extremely pleased with with. Would use them again if needed.
Lawn Replacement and Leveling
Good lads completed job and cleaned up afterwards.
