About
I did an apprenticeship in painting when I left school. I have a good eye for detail. I worked for many years doing maintenance for Transco and Cable & Wireless. I have worked for companies where I have been their ceiling specialist and leak specialist. But I am also very good with doors and locks, windows and fascias etc.
I have over 40 top ratings on my work.
I have full Public Liability Insurance.
I am looking for work in the Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Braintree, Chelmsford, Bishops Stortford area.

I do apologize that it took one day longer but there was a big patch of old plaster that came off the ceiling and needed to be skimmed and sealed before painting. It took ages to dry and I hadn't anticipated or quoted for that. You also added on a feature wall that took three coats and most of the walls had to have three coats of paint to get a professional finish because the filler was showing through the vinyl silk paint. You also chose three different paints for the woodwork and one of them had a drying time of 16hrs and needed two coats instead of the one coat that was quoted for. But yes I do agree that I do need a good labourer for the big jobs just for when the unexpected happens. Many thanks and best regards.

Boyd has just completed painting an entire 3-bedroom house, including not just the walls but also woodwork including doors and skiting boards, and even to radiators. He is really knowledgable and he always goes the extra mile to get everything sorted at a very high quality. Definitely recommended!
