BOTA is a multi-trade property maintenance company based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, covering a 100-mile radius across the North West, Midlands, North Wales and beyond. We carry out all trades — plumbing, joinery, tiling, painting & decorating, plastering, rendering, carpentry, landscaping, fencing, guttering, roofing repairs, bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, handyman services, general building work, damp treatment, and Gas Safe heating & boiler work.
We're not a call centre and we're not a broker. Every job is completed by our own employed, vetted tradespeople — not random subcontractors. That means consistent quality, real accountability, and somebody who actually turns up when they say they will.
We operate seven days a week, 6am to 10pm. Same-day and next-day availability for urgent work. Free, no-obligation quotes with a fixed price in writing before any work starts — no hourly rates, no surprises, no extras tacked on at the end.
We hold £10 million public liability and employers' liability insurance, CHAS Standard accreditation, and Gas Safe registration. Every completed job is photographed before, during and after so you can see exactly what was done.

Callum came to replace my radiator on Tuesday when he brought the radiator in it was the wrong one not his fault the office had order it wrong. He came back Thursday night + fitted the right one. He was an excellent worker explained what he was doing he went above + beyond. Would definitely recommend Callum to my friends.
