Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Rang quickly and arranged to fix water heater. Seemed very professional. Said needed £70 for parts so transferred money. He never turned up for job and will not answer calls. DO NOT USE.

Nigel replaced a couple of tricky bathroom taps. He is a nice guy, punctual and very reasonable priced and gets the job done quickly. I would use again.

Fine, however Nigel seemed to be in a hurry on diagnosis. Also wanted half the fee upfront for materials, which made us feel uneasy. This was not an expensive repair. Also promised to send an email for 1 year warranty on his labour, however none received
