Install Window in Garage Wall
The guy didn't complete the job. He installed the window without making good the boundaries. He asked for more money to complete it. I agreed for more money and paid him what he asked for when finished but he left my premises without taking out the rubbish as agreed. When I ranged him and asked him to return to take away the rubbish, he refused to come back and asked me impolitely to put the 5 rubbish bags he left in my home rubbish bin.
Ceiling Leak Inspection and Repair
I hired Sergiu to repair a ceiling and paid in full for a job that included removal of all waste. While the repair work inside the house was completed (to suboptimal standard), he left all the building waste in my front garden and has ignored every message for weeks afterwards. I found the lack of communication very disappointing and, to be honest, quite disrespectful after trusting him and paying promptly. The job was left incomplete, and I’ve had to organise proper waste removal myself and escalate the issue with the council and Trading Standards. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident recommending him, because the aftercare and responsibility simply weren’t there.
