Kitchen Painting And Wallpapering Service
Dougie came round promptly, looked at the task and gave a very fair price quote. He supplied the materials within the cost. He gave a date and again, came at the agreed time. He is a hard worker, gets straight to the task and actually finished the job in a day ! Dougie covered all the tops etc, taped edges of walls etc. He was an exceptionally tidy worker, not one bit of paint left on anything, other than the walls!! I am delighted with my newly painted kitchen. I would recommend this man and will certainly use them again in the future. Many thanks.
Hallway Redecoration: Paint & Wallpaper
Friday the last day was rushed he went to go home and my disabled wife noticed that the bathroom fittings had not been refitted also he completely forgot to paint the skirting and window frame which I've now done as well as sticking down some wallpaper he was expensive in retrospect and of course I've paid your fee he also disconnected our broadband, computer etc and had to call someone out who came after two days no phone either. Sorry but cannot recommend this outfit

On being expensive I don't know because he accepted my quote.He did say there were 5 workmen before me and they never turned up the. Quote did not include sills or painting skirts but when mentioned I offered but they said it was white enough and didn't need doing.complaint here does not even say anything bad about my work itself but about a phone connection whereby a phone engineer attended and I assisted with the carer and the radiator as a gesture for an elderly couple The carpet and radiator was not in my job quote or my job itself.I did say they would need to bleed the radiator or get a plumber.i was not in a hurry on Friday as I did hang about chatting and asked them to have a good look and let me know if any flaws before paying and they both said they were happy. I painted ceilings for them which was not in the quote.

Cover Artex Ceilings, Wall Plastering
Had Dougie and his son in over a few days to do some ceiling plastering to cover up artex. Once I advertised my job I was contacted promptly and Dougie came round the very same day to assess the job and give me a quote, which impressed me straight away as I was let down by many others. Job was completed over 3 days. Pleased with how it has turned out and pleased with the cost. Now weâve got them coming back for other jobs weâd like done in our newly purchased home. Highly recommend this business. It will be my go to, going forward.

Plaster and Skim Bedroom Walls
Dougie and his apprentice finished the work in my room within 4 days. They were respectful, and considerate when they were in my home. Unfortunately, although they had done their work to a great standard, the walls will need some sanding down as they were not completely smooth. They had filled in part of the ceiling where they removed some coving at my request on the ceiling, but did not sand that area down and repaint it which I will have to do. One of the plug sockets has not been reattached to the wall after plastering behind it. Although they had covered the stairs to prevent some dirt getting the carpet they did not vacuumed the area, or my bedroom after their work. I will say that they are accommodating to my needs, and they were quick and efficient in their work. I would like to use them again in future despite some small areas for improvement as they never complained about anything and were very up front/down to earth.

Dougie did an excellent job of preparing my kitchen/dining room ceiling and walls. The subsequent skimming and plastering went beyond what I expected. I would recommend him to anyone.

The job has been completed. Very untidy. Bits of plaster on the floor and on work tops. Never came back to finish a bit at the window.
