I had a leak the next day, water & adhesive dripped through to garage, covered washing machine & garage floor. Tiles unevenly grouted and 3 weeks later rubbish still on my driveway! Sent texts & rang but no answer

Bk TilingThis is very confusing, when I left this job you was happy and paid me for my time and materials I used and gave me 5 stars. I even did little jobs like hanging your door number outside your house. Which has nothing to do with bathroom tiling. The bathroom I tiled was at the back of the house the garage which you say was covered in adhesive in at the front of the house how is this even possible? Tile adhesive does not drip through floors. Do you have pictures to prove? And if you wasn’t happy why did you pay me? This makes no sense. You then asked me to change your kitchen taps which I didn’t do this I can imagine mad you quite angry which is why now you have changed your review you first gave me and the 5 stars to now a poor review and 1 star witch is completely unreasonable. I would like this changed asap as it is affecting me getting work
