Remove Wall and Design Kitchen
Avoid at all costs – escalating costs, unfinished work, and unsafe standards I had an extremely distressing experience with this contractor and would strongly advise others not to use them. We entered into a contract in September for agreed building works with a clear scope and a 50% deposit paid upfront, balance on completion. Once work began, the price was repeatedly increased mid-project, with new scopes of work issued multiple times and costs escalating from the original agreement to £9,600. These changes were imposed while work was already underway, placing significant pressure on us to agree simply to prevent the job being abandoned. Despite no agreement to pay further money before completion, we were repeatedly chased for additional payments, with work paused until money was released. Eventually, payment was demanded immediately during plastering, contrary to what had been agreed. We paid under protest to avoid further disruption, after which communication stopped entirely. The workmanship itself was unacceptable. Plastering was incomplete, uneven, and poorly executed, with exposed pipes and wiring, missed areas, and damage to walls and floors. An independent specialist confirmed the work was not of a professional standard and advised that remedial works were required before a kitchen could even be installed — at significant extra cost to us. More concerningly, electrical work was left uncertified and unsigned, leaving the installation unsafe and non-compliant. This alone should be a serious red flag for anyone considering using this company. Overall, this experience involved: • Repeated unilateral price increases • Demands for payment contrary to the contract • Poor-quality and incomplete workmanship • Lack of accountability • Unsafe, uncertified electrical work • Prolonged stress and financial loss We have since been forced to terminate the agreement and pursue recovery of funds. If you value honesty, clear pricing, professional standards, and work that is completed safely and properly, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Fix Leak in Slate Pitched Roof
Bishops responded quickly and the quote was fair and reasonable Very happy with work and Would highly recommend
Repair Cracks in Wall Extension
Sent them a picture of the problem, and straight away they came back with how they intended to complete the job and price. Once agreed they gave a date and time. Cannot fault the work they finished. Well worth contacting, would recommend anytime 😊
Single Storey Flashing Repair
Wesley camem round gave a fair and honest quote to repair lead flashband that had came away. Nice fella would highly recommend
Dormer Leak and Tile Repair on Roof
The job was to replace roofing on 3 dormers and 1 bay window. It included decorating, fixing all guttering and lose tiles. We still have water flooding from guttering. We still have loose tiles. Where attempted to decorate, there is paint all over the windows and dormers and it looks ridiculous. Installed a ceiling vent which is now hanging. I have complained to Wes regarding outstanding items which he is declining to resolve. Service and workman ship is terrible. I strongly recommend people NOT to use this company.
Bishop's Roofing, Building and LandscapingHi This is review is factually incorrect and fictional We successfully replaced dormer roofs and stop the leaks internally Any gutter works or decorating works were not included in our quote We recommend that the customer contact a decorator to deal with there internal issues as this was not part of our contract Also we did not carry out gutter replacement to the front as this was not part of our works We will actively continue to promote good service and workmanship along with all our other 5 star reviews that reflect and demonstrate how we truly operate rather then fictional stories to try and damage our reputation
Helifix Crack Repair and Repointing
Wesley did an excellent job the Helifix work. His communication was great from start to finish, the price was fair, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Everything was arranged quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Kitchen Chimney Removal

Re-mortar and Repair Cracks
Wesley was very efficient and knowledgeable and got the quote out the same day and he’s guys done good tidy work for a fair price
Redo Box Guttering for Single Storey
Wesley responded quickly, arranged to visit/inspect proposed work required. Gave what I believe to be an honest opinion as to work required as opposed to what I thought might be needed. Therefore avoiding unnecessary expense. Also offered some useful additional advice and tips.
Fit Chimney Cowl on Tall House
Wesley, was quick to respond, very helpful and quoted competitive price. Job was completed quickly and I would recommend. Rgds
