During my career I have worked on a variety of construction projects such as the following:
-External fire protection and cladding works on a student accommodation in Liverpool and Swindon followed by internal works
-New build housing projects in Harrogate, Leeds, and Bradford
-Carried out building inspections on student accommodations in places such as Huddersfield, Leicester, Durham, Liverpool, Manchester, and Swindon
-Apartment complex in Leeds
-Renovation projects on housing in Halifax
-Pub renovation in Redcar
-Apartment’s space and Tesco express in Harrogate
-Carried out renovation and start ups of Lidl’s in Bradford, Sheffield, and Barnsley.
-Constructed new operating theatres at Calderdale royal hospital.
-Constructed a Costa Coffee build in Beverly.
-Constructed commercial sheds in Wetherby, Barnsley, and Castleford
-Refurbishment of a Barclays bank building into state-of-the-artoffice spaces
-Space observatory centre in Mansfield
-Hotel renovation in Centre of York
-Waste to Energy plant in Leeds
-Luxury apartments in Salford
-Many , Many more projects
As a result of my experience, I have excellent knowledge on how construction sites operate and how they are managed, and an understanding of the things needed to construct a building in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
