Incomplete, messy, unsafe and part illegal.After 7 months of a 2 months project fully paid for,builder sporadically answer messages..Failed attempts to get fix place amicable .In the process of reporting builder through legal channels.
BESPOKE BUILDS LTDDon’t think this is all very true is it It was a £40k extension which with added work went up to £56k which customer didn’t pay was told frequently it was on a ‘gentlemen’s agreement ‘ unfortunately when I asked the builders merchants if a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ would cover the cost they laughed at me If you do come across this review I encourage you to read others and ask for other reviews on other sites we use

Garden Soil Removal & Stone Laying
the two men Richard and his young assistant arrived before 8.30 am and got “stuck in straight away”. All jobs we asked them to do were done without any fuss and also little jobs like fixing our back gate, will conservatory door etc. They were so friendly and professional and went over and above what they should just to give us some advice and information. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone and we will be contacting them again shortly to lay some indoor flooring. for us. As said previously. - very friendly and helpful team, would highly recommend.
Living room ceiling overboarding and skimming
Dennis and colleague arrived on time did the required work to a very high standard , cleaned up after they had completed work. They were very courteous and kept me informed of what they were doing . I would have no hesitation in using them again for future projects
