Graham wasn’t the cheapest of my 3 quotes but I’ve learnt that cheapest isn’t always the best, the reason I picked Graham was because his quote spelt out exactly what I was going to get. After emailing and speaking I was even more reassured I had made the correct choice, Graham and James turned up on time stared building my extension walls and didn’t stop. I was amazed how quickly the walls went up and they look very well constructed both guys very polite tidy and knew exactly what they was doing. Highly recommend
