Unprofessional and Unreliable - Avoid Bellvis Construction Ltd. I highly do not recommend Bellvis Construction Ltd., and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. My dealings with them started in June 2025 when I engaged them for bathroom work, specifically the replacement of a rotten walk-in shower. The initial consultation with Jason seemed promising, and we agreed on a start date of 30/06/2025. Payment Issues & Delays: I promptly paid £716 for the required materials (shower tray and screen) as requested. However, the job was continuously delayed with no clear explanation. Jason kept rescheduling due to issues with materials, and I accommodated his changes by taking time off work. This continued lack of punctuality and poor communication set the tone for the entire project. Unexpected Additional Costs: On the day of the prep work, I was unexpectedly asked for an additional £392 for work done up until that point, which had not been mentioned before. Despite my initial hesitation, I paid it, as I wanted to move the project forward. To make matters worse, I was also upsold on a non-slip tray upgrade for an additional £45, which I agreed to. Lack of Communication & Missed Appointments: The work was repeatedly rescheduled, and I took time off work expecting Jason to show up, but he simply did not attend. Calls and messages were either ignored or not responded to. The most frustrating part was that Jason didn't communicate when appointments had to be missed or rescheduled, leaving me in the dark. When I asked for updates, I received no answers, and when I did get a response, it was often late or evasive. Incomplete Work & No Follow-Up: Despite completing some of the prep work on my own, I was left with an incomplete shower installation. Jason never returned to finish the job, and the work remained in limbo. I had to look for another contractor to complete the project, which cost me even more time and money. Refund Request & No Response: On top of everything else, I paid for materials that were never delivered. The shower tray, screen, and adhesive were paid for, but never brought to my home. I requested a refund of £531, which included £200 for the shower tray, £300 for the screen, and £66 for adhesive, plus an additional £45 for the non-slip upgrade. After giving Jason several opportunities to resolve this issue, he failed to provide a refund or respond to my request. Despite repeated promises, I have yet to receive my refund. Conclusion: Jason and Bellvis Construction Ltd. have shown a complete lack of professionalism. The work was incomplete, communication was poor to non-existent, and now I’m left chasing a refund for goods that were never delivered. Their service was unreliable, and the experience was extremely frustrating. If you value reliability, transparency, and customer service, I highly recommend that you avoid this company. They have caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and stress. I regret choosing them for this project.

Bellvis Construction were brilliant. I raised a job on Checkatrade and almost straight away they responded. Called and asked about the issue. We provide them with some photos. Bellvis arrived swiftly. Within a very short space of time the repair was carried out successfully. We highly recommend Bellvis Construction for plumbing repairs 10 out of 10.
