Full Kitchen Installation
be4 constuction ltd required £700 to fix a small kitchen. Upon the last day he was to complete the job he asked for full payment of 700 pounds at the same time promised he could fix the wash hand tap in my bathroom to a new one as it was looking old. He also promised to fixed a door. the prise for these additional work came to 180 pounds. which he required to be paid up front as he use the money for materials. for the job. He promised to have the job done in a day then after an extra payment of 100 will be paid. I did agreed and made a payment of 880 pound to his personal account (Erion Giaoupai). He came the next day with the tap head and spent about 20 to fix and left That was the last time I saw him. I have been calling him no response, I have texted him no reply. in fact the kitchen job still has few bit to fix which he promised to do when he come back for the door which I gave him an extral 180 to do.. In summary: cost of fixing a new kitchen: 700 (alreadypaid) work not fully complected. cost of buying a new door 130 pound ( this was given but no door provided) cost of bath tap 50 pounds plus labour (already paid) Bath tap was horribly fixed by him and stated leaking as he left the building. I have sent him picture of the leaking tap and messages about the door and the finishing bits of the kitchen till this moment no response. cost of b
Toilet Leak and Noisy Pipes Repair
BEWARE IF USING FOR PLUMBING First and last time we use MyJobQuote. Erion was polite, punctual and friendly. I clearly set out the job in my listing. All seemed good so far. The main issue was that we had a leaking toilet and I wanted to get it fixed before it started to leak into my downstairs neighbour's flat. It was a Sunday and an emergency. Erion came, and said he needed to get some parts. He went to the supply shop, and sent us three pictures of taps. We chose one and got back to him. He also changed the button to flush the toilet. The new tap bore almost no resemblance to what I had agreed to, and the push button on the loo is I think a water-saving one, however I have experienced these elsewhere and I know they can break easily and had I known that that was what he was getting I would have asked for something different. Erion charged £315 (which was more than another person had quoted) and we thought it was all sorted, albeit not terribly happy about what the tap looked like and the water-saving flush button. Unfortunately I realised after he had gone that the toilet was still leaking considerably. It was the main job, and it turned out that he had done it. Erin was good enough to come back and owned his mistake. He then changed the cistern completely for a new one and did not charge us for it. He told my husband that it was "1000% fixed" this time. If this had been the end of the matter, I would not have given him such a bad rating. Next day my neighbour came upstairs, it was leaking even more, and was now coming through their light fitting. At this point, we let Erion know, however I didn't want him back to fix it (we didn't hear back from him this time anyway). As it was in the evening and an emergency, Pimlico Plumbers were our only available option. along withtheir £165 +VAT charge evening rate. The Pimlico Plumber showed me where it was leaking- Erion HAD (finally) fixed the original leak that I first tasked him with, HOWEVER HE HAD CAUSED A NEW LEAK. It was dripping fast and constantly. Our toilet cistern is boxed in so we had no idea until the neighbours came to tell us. The cause of the new leak? Erion had not put a new washer between the cistern and the copper piping going into it. All in all it has cost us nearly £500 (including generous 'Sorry' present to downstairs neighbours). Never again.
