Leak Repair and Flashing on Roof
Very good communications, very knowledgable. Started very promptly, no payment requested until job completed. A breath of fresh air to deal with Billy and his crew after about 4 other tradespeople came to view the job then vanished!
Replace Rotten Roof Beam & Check
Didn't listen so had to come back another day. Continually made our I didn't know what I was talking about and talked over me. The whilst purpose of the job was to remove a beam that I knew was rotten. This wasn't done so had to kick up a fuss in order for them to do it. They came back a second day and low and behold the wood they pulled out that the sales man told me the roofer said was fine was rotten. Didn't clear up properly and spent over an hour picking up cement, moss, rusty nails and sealant caps out of the gravel, even though they apparently did a fingertip search. Roofers were rude. Offered a drink to be shouted at. Climbed over gate rather than ringing doorbell and damaged lock. Rather than ask to use the toilet they went up my neighbours alley to relieve themselves. First 2 times I (woman) saw him by myself. Third time my partner was there and the salesman was completely different. Kept telling me the beam was rotten at the top, which was how water was getting in but there had never been a leak or any water damage on the wood inside! Tried to get more work, telling me that the main roof was in bad shape too and they needed to do that ASAP. Being roofers, I would expect them to know that starlings are protected species and to disturb them is illegal. We have 2 nests at the moment so they wouldn't have legally been able to do the work anyway.
