Was contacted at 10am. Agreed price and was told would arrive in approx. 2hours. Did not arrive until 3.10pm. Did not have the correct tools and had to go to Screwfix to buy Allen keys. Was unable to remove valve due to not having correct tools. Was unable to fix.
