Fix Leaking Outdoor Pipe
Bret was super quick to respond and had the job fixed and finished in no time. Will be using him again in the future.
Front Door Lock and Closer Adjustment
Very fast response and as they lived on same road were quick to attend. Job completed within the hour. Options had also been provided before they started.
Fix/Replace Toilet Isolation Valve
He came to install an isolation valve on a 15mm pipe in the toilet. He did a good job and was also helpful with another minor work in the toilet which he did not charge extra for. He was almost one hour late for the appointment.
Rehang Toilet Door and Fix Hinges
Good communication and a very good job
Bathroom Repairs and Shower Head Fitting
Tradesman went out his way to help replace toilet flush. He cleaned up after himself aswell.
Outdoor Tap and Pump Replacement
Came swiftly to do 2 jobs. Change a mains booster pump and change an outdoor tap wall plate/pipe. Has left them both with minir leaks. Promised to come back and fix but is no longer responding to messages.
Bd refurbs ltdSorry you feel like this as soon as you said there was a slight leak I said I would come and sort this for you as you said it was a minor leak so there’s no rush as long as it gets sorted. I recently had a operation and haven’t been at work for a couple of weeks which I explained to you on Friday and I also explained I am gonna sort it for you and it would be the end of this week what you was happy with and now you have left a bad review what was just a little confusing unfortunately leaks do happen sometimes and I was happy to sort the problem for you

Brett came round at short notice to fix a leaky shower. Would highly recommend
