Although a nice enough guy Ben quoted £200 to fix a loose toilet in ladies (the main issue as the flooring underneath it was an urgent issue) and also to fix a new basin and water heater in mens toilet. He did the work in the mens but not the urgent work in the ladies. He invoiced £245 for the work only in mens, including £65 for parts - all parts were supplied!!! Then he said he would come back to sort the ladies. He failed on three appointments, so I got someone else in and not from MyJobQuote. Very poor service, unreliable and overcharging.
