Replace Wooden Mock Tudor Boards
The quote was quite expensive for the work required and hence we were dissapointed that 1.they did not bring a ladder so borrowed ours which could not reach to repair a piece of the mock tudor or insert dowels 2. When they finished after only 4 hours they told us they would not take the old wood away / rubbish so we had to dispose of it ourselves at our cost 3. They did not taper the dowels which go in the mock tudor In all we were dissapointed with the service .
B&B CarpentryHi Avril, I am very sorry you are not happy with the work carried out. 1. Regarding the price , we never said you had to agree to our price as it was a free no obligation quote. So that was your choice. 2. Yes our apologies we did not bring the correct ladder so did have to borrow your one, however we never agreed originally to carry out extra work which you asked for when we turned up on site. I.e extra pieces of timber to be replaced , of which we didn’t have the correct amount of timber as we didn’t know. 3. As we had stated before work commenced, we cannot take away trade waste as you get charged for that and you weren’t willing to pay that charge that we have to pay. Hence why the rubbish was left. 4. When we had completed the work you were happy bar not completing extra work which was never agreed. If you weren’t happy I’d of rather you spoke to us directly and rectified any problems. 5. You also asked us to quote another job internally so I am quite confused with how this reviews come about. Thanks in advance Bobby B+B Carpentryb

Very happy with the job B&B carried out for me. Supplying and fitting 7 new internal doors into old frames which can be tricky, but they got the job done and they got it done quickly. Great communication from start to finish.
