“Mick has done a really nice job with our conversion into a bathroom he was nice & pleasant and he could be left on his own to get on with the job. He also did a couple of extra jobs for us with no extra charge He even brought treats for our dogs. We were made up with our bathroom and would be happy to recommend him.”

Internal Renovation / Reconfiguration
Mick from Blue Swan bathrooms responded really quickly to an emergency when part of the living room ceiling fell down! He quoted a really good price and completed the job to a great standard with no delays. I was really impressed with his friendly professionalism and his patience and respectfulness towards the elderly gentleman whose home he was working in. He has now quoted for a walk in shower to be installed for the gentleman and this job will be completed next week. I would def recommend this company, they are friendly and professional and cleaned up after the job. Great prices too.

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
DO NOT USE THIS MAN! Michael gave us a reasonable quote for a bathroom and when we discussed the cladding, he advised that we go for a darker colour behind the walk in shower which we agreed to. He then arrived to start the job and that's when the problems started. He asked for all of the money upfront - I suppose we're the idiots for trusting him. He then installed the wrong colour cladding, despite this being his own suggestion. He turned off our water for the installation and then left without turning it back on. We were left without water from 3pm to 10.30pm and when we asked him to help, he told us he couldn't because he'd been drinking. He then arrived drunk at 10.30 to turn it back on. He called and asked for money because he was going to a wedding and he needed to buy a gift. He installed our shower and didn't test it before leaving and soon after we realised, the rain shower didn't work. The work he did is totally shoddy. The chrome that is stuck on with poly filler is hanging off the walls, meaning our shower isn't sealed. We called him to fix the rain shower and he ignored us and we haven't heard from him again. Finally, he installed a shower that is too high a voltage and when my mother said she believed it to be too high, he said it would be fine. If we have a longer shower, the electric shower fuses and several times I've been forced to run down covered in soap to turn the fuse back on. We have had total radio silence from him and she is now having to pay someone else to fix everything.
