Never leave a bad review but felt really let down. Booked to do the job , took time off work and then had to reschedule. Failed again to show up and then didn't respond to any of our calls.
Complete Small Bathroom Installation Project
Paul was brilliant. Communicated before the job started so I we knew exactly what we were getting and how long it would take. Completed all work to a very high standard and the timescales advised. Would definitely recommend and definitely use again.
Replace or Refit Leaking Shower Tray
I do not like doing this, but Paul has left my bathroom renovation incomplete for over four weeks and will not respond to email, text messages or telephone calls. He was supposed to return within one week and complete the fitting of a shower door and relay a floor covering. The shower he refurbished cannot be used as the control valves have not been refitted correctly.
