I've been a sole trader for 40 years now. It is a family run business. We've been providing many services in the trade such as - all types of roofing services ( new roof to small repairs, guttering, lead work, etc) All types of bricklaying, pointing etc and all types of property maintenance.

I'm always cautious when hiring a new tradesman. My old guy retired and we purchased a house with a lot of work so the prospect of finding a new "guy" we could trust was daunting. But we struck gold when we found Barrie Eaton roofing building and property maintenance! The first job was small but important so we put out the feelers and Barrie got in touch promptly. He came to quote for the work as arranged (even though I had to be awkward and reschedule!). The price seemed fair and we agreed to go ahead. Barrie and his team arrived on the arranged day and time, and was unavailable so left the property open, they let themselves in and by the time I arrived shortly after the work was in full swing! There really was nothing to complain about, they were polite, friendly, tidy and did the job to an excellent standard . Afterwards they advised on some work I was unsure about, gave great advice and guaranteed that they will be the first we call when we are ready for more work. Thank you so much.
