The trade was good, done efficiently and even attended a call back. The only fault was failing to clear the rubbish after the job, costing me extra. Otherwise, I shall use the trade again and recommend him.

Great service and very polite gentleman, always on time and very quick at his job. Got brand new toliet fitted in and I am very happy with the final product.

They charged the full amount of money but left the job uncompleted. After finishing part of work, they ask for more money. No extra money, no completion of the job.
Barnes ServicesThe customer advised that the toilet was not flushing and also that a waste trap had a hole. We contacted our suppliers and supplied a new chrome trap and also replaced the toilet syphone. We left the job all working satifactualy and the customer paid and said she was happy with the work. Approximately 2 weeks later the customer phoned and said the toilet cistern is constantly filling I advised that the ball valve was defective and said i would replace it for a sum of 45.00 which I feel is very reasonable. Therefore we have done everything to provide a service and i don't understand why the customer is complaining.
