Excellent price, job was a small WC installation and associated waste and waterworks. No leaks and everything in working order. The workmen were efficient and the job was completed quickly. Just some constructive criticism, please try to not leave such a mess behind in subsequent jobs. Nonetheless would definitely use again.

Steve came to the property immediately which we were very grateful for. However, a minor leak remained after the job was completed and payment was settled. Steve had told me to reach out should I have any issues, which we did the very next day. Unfortunately, despite repeated efforts of trying to get Steve to return and finish the job, which would have required a minor tightening, we remained unsuccessful. This has unfortunately soured our experience a bit, resulting in the lower rating.

Steve was unable to complete the job as he had an issue with his ankle so I can’t comment on his work. He did buy the materials though was very responsive with communication and gave us a good quote.

Steve did an excellent job of fitting my new toilet. Especially given the times we are living in. Steve and his colleague respected Social Distancing rules and left the bathroom clean and tidy after the job.

Steve done exactly what I wanted, with minimal mess and also removed rubbish. He completed job in under an hour. Would recommend and use again.

Barnes ServicesI originally called to determine what the problem was on a Sunday for no charge I found the siphon was faulty and needed replacing. The part was taken to my suppliers who did not have it in stock. I ordered a replacement and confirmed that my supplier would have the part on the Tuesday. However the supplier still did not have the part and I explained to the customer and would return the following day if my supplier had then received the part unfortunately they still had not got the part I pointed out to my supplier this is not acceptable and apologise to the customer and assured him I would return the following day. Further the appointments were in the evening. I can confirm I have paid a visit and determine the fault to the customer and made visits to my suppliers all at no cost to the customer and made every effort to complete the job and always kept the customer informed. In the circumstances I am surprised by his comments.

Steve came to replace the flushing mechanism in our toilet. Over a week after first making contact nothing had been fixed, he didn't tell me when he was going to come round, then wouldn't reply to my calls.

The trade was good, done efficiently and even attended a call back. The only fault was failing to clear the rubbish after the job, costing me extra. Otherwise, I shall use the trade again and recommend him.
