What a Brilliant company Baileys Roof Care is. The following day two men came round and inspected the job, thinking it was a small 1hr job. After inspecting the area they showed me both visually and with photos the actual problem. I asked if they could do the repair that afternoon Tom called me and took me through several quotes and outcome of the job . He spoke to me in easy terms so I could understand and eventually I decided upon a new roof. My old roof was over 45 years old!!! Bailey Roof Care arrived the following day and started work. All the men worked extremely hard and from 7am until 5.30pm week days and saturday 8am until 1pm. Never did I see Liam or his fellow workers stop for lunch. If they had to speak to me all Gov regulations regarding Covid19 were followed. Once completed they took all rubbish away with them and cleaned the area. Even the scaffolders were polite and professional. I am so very proud of my new roof and even in this hard rain and rough wind can rest peacefully knowing both my roof and chimneys are as safe as they can ever possibly be. Several of my neighbours have also remarked on how polite Baileys men were what a brilliant job they have have done. I recommend Baileys Roof Care 100%. I will definitely use them again for other jobs such as replacing guttering. WELL DONE Baileys and thank you.

Ashley, organised all details for the work to a good standard. Communications were answered quickly and any issued identified and resolved within a timely manner. Jake the roofer and team were professional and were supplied with tea and coffee during the cold weather. Any other work of a similar nature I would definitely use them again. Cost was as quoted originally.

The guys from Baileys have completed a high quality piece of work within the time scale agreed and at a competitive price. I was let down by another builder and they stepped in at very short notice.
