Job completion quick and took all rubbish

We got Tom Bailey to fix our chimney after others didn't reply or quoted way over or way under (not using scaffolding) what we expected. A friend had looked at our chimney and said what needed to be done. Bailey's did all this work promptly and professionally and cleaned up each day. Sadly on the next rainy day the chimney still leaked. People came back, thought they'd diagnosed the problem and carried out the extra work. This had to be repeated on three further times as the leak continued. All this was carried out without further cost and remarkable good humour until, finally, the leak was fixed. What great service for a difficult issue. They only lose one star for the 5 months of leaking but even that is slightly unfair. 4 stars and we would recommend them to anyone.

The workmen were really nice and helpful, due to Covid related issues the job was a little delayed but Ashley kept in contact to oversee any of the concerns of problems. Would recommend this company to others, Thank you

The company is keen and has done very good work, extending original contract for painting to renew roof and guttering.

Probably best to get other quotes before deciding. I think we paid too much but the work was ok.

Painting the outside of our semi detached cottage and some rendering. The team did a great job. They were polite and friendly and completed the job quickly. From quote to completion took only a couple of weeks. A couple of small jobs also undertaken and completed to our satisfaction.

Ashley and his team were fantastic in removing and replacing an old asbestos flat roof. Very professional throughout and I am very happy with the finished roof. Unfortunately, I had to move the dates for the work on several occasions, but Ashley was very understanding and accommodated this.

I am a landlord and Ashley from Baileys carried out extensive work to a house in Southampton needing new soffits gutter to house. Part of the soffits was done by another contractor and did not look good so Ashley looked and gave quote to include repainting too. It seemed sense as scaffold up anyway. The outcome was fantastic and comes with a 15 year guarantee!! The price was good too. It is now probably the nicest in the road by far. There were a few bits missed which is inevitable but when I noticed a team was quickly at hand to put right. The customer care and service I got was 100%. It is a judgement of the company how quickly matters are resolved. This did not disappoint. Ashley called me to ensure I was happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Baileys Roof Care to anyone.

Replaced felt on our double-sized shed roof. Excellent team. Timekeeping, workmanship and friendliness were all great. Price was good too. Would definitely recommend.
