From beginning to end Anthony was very professional. He took a look at the job, explained what would be done and how, showed me materials to be used. Put my mind at rest straight away. Anthony's quote for me was 'spot on'. On the day of the job, Anthony and his team arrived. Got onto the job immediately, and the three of them worked at it until complete. Which I might add didn't take very long. They were very polite, tidy and very hard working. Also arranged to have rubbish taken away for a small cost, which was so worth it to me. Flat roof job completed, an excellent professional job, came when they said they would and also when job finished cleared rubbish and took it away. Very satisfied with the work.

Tony quoted on site for barge boards and gutter work, the quote was very competitive and we went ahead with the work. The team turned up on the Monday morning as promised and work began, I was shown I had a further problem with the ridge tiles and agreed extra work which they took photos and showed me the work done. They worked tirelessly over two days and cleared the rubbish up before leaving all in all they did a good job very well and the lads were a joy to have on site I would recommend them for any roofing jobs you may have

Anthony contacted me on a Saturday morning and asked to come over to do a quote the same day. The quote for my elderly mothers house so we arranged a time to go over to meet. Anthony was over an hour late for the appointment and did not contact us to explain he would be late. The quote was given verbally and agreed. Anthony asked for a deposit up front which completed via bank transfer. On the day of the job the Anthony contacted me at work to add a further £500 to the quote which I agreed to as the job needed doing. As soon as the job was completed I received a number of messages asking for payment - this was before I had the opportunity to visit my mothers house to check the work. Anthony stated he had his workers to pay and bills to settle so needed payment immediately. Anthony refused to send an invoice until full payment was received so we could not see a break down of what we were paying for but as I wanted a guarantee for the work I felt I had no choice but to comply. This was not explained prior to the job being done. We paid in full within 24 hours of the job completion and requested the invoice and guarantee as promised. After a number of excuses for not sending over the documents Anthony is no longer replying to any communications. I cannot find this business registered at Companies House. My 84 year old mother has spent a lot of money with no record or guarantee of the work completed. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them for the maintenance work on the main roof of the house we need doing.
