I am the sole owner of the company and have 9 employees, we cover handyman work, garden design and landscaping, rendering and exterior decor, driveways and patios.
My company has been running for a little over two years now, most of my work has been word of mouth, however recently a homeowner recommended me to online platforms such as this to expand and aim for a wider clientele.

B&M Maintenance representative Richard (he introduces himself as an owner) did less than a half of the job, took money for the whole and 110£ extra as he claimed that the notes given to him were not accepted in the shop. After he received a bank transfer for the same sum, he disappeared - never returned the extra money (despite his promises), never came back to finish the job. In message exchange Richard was rude, made quite a lot of lame excuses ("Yes, I said I will come to get all done today, but I do not like the weather today, so I will not come" style), promised to finish the job and to return money (promises never fulfilled) and in the end simply blocked my number. Judging by the previous review left Richard uses this scam quite frequently. If there was a grade below 1 out of 5 I would give "B & M maintenance" exactly that. Meanwhile I have our message exchange to prove my complaints and I already turned to authorities.

Brick / Block Paving
I am based in Shinfield, Reading, He took the money as a deposit and for Materials and after few days he told he is not going to complete my job and when i asked for refund and he didn't refund any money till now. Everyday i need to call him to ask refund and he tells some stories instead of returning my money. Be aware he is a fraud. I am going to raise complaint on him.

B & M maintenance were very reliable arrived on time. Provided very knowledgeable fix to my awkward plastering job! Were very tidy and cleared up after. Very happy with the work they did. Would recommend them.

The boys created and complete my garden. We’re based in Windsor with what we’d like to call a sun trap of a garden, not the biggest but had potential. B & M had all materials delivered which I paid for through them, they Astro turfed my garden, patio and tree. Highly recommend. Fantastic end result.
