clearly expert and clear on timing for work and work needed. clear quote and pricing which was stuck to. quality job clean and tidy and personable - very happy with the job and having them around the house.

Peter was very knowledgeable as to recommend what replacement cistern I needed, giving me 3 options (cheapest, mid range to more expensive). He kept me informed of when the part would arrive and rang before visiting to give me time of arrival. Fitted to excellent standard, whilst also respecting Social distancing during these times. Recommended.
