Repairs to brick and woodwork, plaster and painted area repair, waterproof paint, small painting jobs- internal and external.
Basic Electrical:
PAT tester!
Switch, plug and socket replacement, outside light replacement, extractor fans.
*Basic plumbing:
Outside taps, cap-offs, unblocks, isolator valves, flush replacement, toilet seat replacement.
*Garden.
Servicing:
Grass cutting, pruning, planting, outdoor furniture building, composting and fire making, clearing and cleaning.
My average/common rate for remedial works is based on £30 per hour. (Min of £30).
*Job PRICE work may be offered, based on level/type/complexity with consideration of materials required.
