Unblocks, isolator valves, flush replacement, toilet seat replacement
Garden.
Servicing:
Grass cutting, pruning, planting, outdoor furniture removal, composting and fire making, clearing and cleaning.
My average/common rate for remedial works is based on £25 per hour. (Min of £25).
*Job PRICE work may inccur, based on level/type/materials required and time on the job.

Throughout this process Tim/Avalon Services were true to his word. Polite professional respectful of situation. Tim came and assessed what need to be done and was within the price guidelines. Did exactly what he said he would do, plus some extras. Also offered solutions for other issues not identified. Helpful and friendly service, also clean and tidied up after self. Nothing too much trouble. Has also offered to maintain the garden for the time being. Would definitely continue and recommend for any future works. Thank you 😊
