Really good plastering job overall apart from a few issues, said he would take 5 days and nearly took 3 weeks. Also accidently pierced my water pipe causing a flood and did not acknowledge any accountability for accidently doing so. Although offered to fix ( even though he said he shouldn't) as apparently it was my fault for the placement of the pipes although they was put there over 40 years ago. To only get his 'plumber' brother to fix the issue but who, infact made it worse. Also found lights broken under the bath, where is the accountability when accidently breaking things? Wanted to use again as plastering was good i will give him that but because of the stress it caused i wouldnt again.
