Paul came the day after the job was posted and went out of his way to obtain a part and fit it the same day - ensuring I had hot water and heating that weekend. I was extremely happy with the prompt service and professionalism.

Gas Boiler
Paul and his colleague were here for two days. They arrived when they said they would. They were efficient. They kept everything neat and tidy. They were friendly. The job was completed with no fuss and on time. No ‘hidden’ extras. We paid what we expected to pay. We are very satisfied and would recommend Paul to anyone.

Very polite and informative, he was punctual completed the job quickly and neatly and poited out some safety points that SGN should sort. We called them while he was here and he told them exactly what the issues were and they came out the following day thanks to his recommendations.
