Ashley decorated the whole of my rental property, I gave Ashley a key to the property which he needed due to no one living there and he completed the decorating within 3 weeks start to finish. Ashley was polite and courteous, he tidied up after each visit. Ashley also took everything down to decorate, bathroom fittings, door handles, curtain poles etc and fixed new ones back up, he took off the stair banister and put new plugs in because it was loose beforehand. He even changed the door knobs on the wardrobes because they needed holes drilling. These were all bits that i would have had a problem doing myself and he even left some paint for the new tenants in case anything needed touching up after they moved in! Ashley did not expect payment until i was happy with everything he had painted. I would recommend Ashley's services.
