Unfortunately he somehow broke my shower head and now has been unresponsive to my messages when he previously agreed to come back to fix it leaving me unable to take a shower.
Arms builders ltdWell, I explained to you that my wife is having emergency surgery, so I didn't break anything except for the way we agreed to change, so it's not nice to say that. So if you look below, I haven't had any problems with anyone.
Lay Patio on Existing Paving
Michael (Mihail) paved a patio for us. He did an excellent job. Perfect laying of Porcelain Slabs. He was fast. After a very wet summer/autumn - still perfect.
Install Porcelain Tiles in Bathroom
Came promptly and completed the job on the same day

Carried out work on new porcelain patio to a high standard, hard working and just got on with the job, would use michel again and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable builder.

No Transparency with the cost of materials. Gives no warranties for the job being completed. Job was also completed well below standards. I cannot recommend him or ever use his services again.
Arms builders ltdwe agreed on £900 materials and labour so what are you looking for receipt..i don't think you need to say you weren't happy because you were. and i don't think you need to say there were no standards because there were.i don't think you need a guarantee for porcelain tiles as long as it was put on adhesives and silicone grout.i sure they won't fly off the balcony.. I make it cheap, you want it even cheaper. The world doesn't stop here.
