No Transparency with the cost of materials. Gives no warranties for the job being completed. Job was also completed well below standards. I cannot recommend him or ever use his services again.
Arms builders ltdwe agreed on £900 materials and labour so what are you looking for receipt..i don't think you need to say you weren't happy because you were. and i don't think you need to say there were no standards because there were.i don't think you need a guarantee for porcelain tiles as long as it was put on adhesives and silicone grout.i sure they won't fly off the balcony.. I make it cheap, you want it even cheaper. The world doesn't stop here.

Arms builders have been truly amazing building my new four car garage from scratch including roof, tiled staircase, bi folding doors etc! The planning, daily super efficient progress and hard work I cannot believe could not be matched! Mihail the primary builder is meticulous at his planning, not letting any time wasted to keep on top of the job. I’m so glad I went with these guys. I was very sceptical about picking anyone to do this and previously selected a pre fab garage for this very reason, so happy I picked these guys! You won’t be disappointed!
