Investigate Office Water Usage Increase
Once the job was completed, we requested an invoice and were told it would be issued after payment. We paid on the same day but have not received anything. We have since followed up twice, and now, nearly three weeks later, we are still waiting. We will comment on the work completed once the invoice has been received.

Fix Bedroom Water Leak
posted a job for a leaking in my ceiling and had a call from Andrew who requested for what the issue was, I told him I wasn’t sure where the leak was been caused but there was a leak in the ceiling and it was more of drops. He offered to be at the house the next day which was a bliss. He came around and met my mum at home, not sure what was discussed as I wasn’t there but Andrew said the issue was with the leaking basin in the bathroom. I rang to get an update on the issue and he said we needed a new basin and he could do it for £155 which was above my budget and I told him that was slightly high, the next thing he was shouting at me on the phone then proceeds to ask for call out fee. I told him I had no idea there was a call out fee, I mentioned I was happy to give him the fee but I would have appreciated it if he told me beforehand that there was a call out fee and he didn’t once mention on the three times we spoke the night before and the morning of the day that there would be a call out fee. Again still shouting at me on the phone, proceeds to say I should know there is a call out fee and if I had mentioned this or that he would have told me. If I knew what the issue is I wouldn’t need to call a plumber. I tried to calm the situation down but he kept talking over me and just raising his voice that I had to end the call. Very rude and unprofessional. I appreciate the prompt response but one thing I do not appreciate is someone shouting down at me. Also just found out he told my mum £140 to fix the basin but on the phone he told me £155. Very rude and professional
Armitage Plumbing SolutionsUntrue review..I attended your property to unknown leak .your basin tap was leaking badly and I advised to your mother that the basin tap would need replacing. I quoted £155 to supply and fit the tap. Your mother them accused me of breaking the tap even though I had not touched it and wanted it replacing for free. I then called you and you was very aggressive on the phone and asked to allow you to speak. I did but when I spoke you wouldn't allow me to . We always do our best and to resolve customer's plumbing issues and customer service is paramount as all our other reviews prove. But we are not here to be accused and disrespected.
