he arrived when he said he would. realised the job was more pressing and required action sooner than later sent me a video of the job to show the issue and started the rebuild that same day and completed the rebuild of the chimney before night fall and came back the following day to finish a couple of other jobs i required doing. all the work was done to a good standard and sent me a video of the completed jobs so he knew i was satisfied. i cant fault him or the workmanship
