Fix Leak in Felt Flat Roof

Roof Cleaning
Initially got a quote for cleaning and repairing the gutters. This soon turned into replacing the gutters and the fascia boards. The 2 blokes who complete the work were nice and polite but unfortunately the work is very poor quality. Two of the four upstairs windows won't open properly as the fascia boards have been put on low and this stops the windows opening properly.On both the front side of the house and rear of the house there is a gap between the guttering and the trays that have been installed resulting in loads of water just splashing down. To the rear of the house the gutters are over the conservatory which has now resulted in a leak through my conservatory roof in the same location the water is leaking directly above from the gutters. I have tried to contact the company multiple times. Twice I have been promised they would come round the next day to fix it. They did not show up or inform my they could not make it. Since then calls and text messages have been ignored. I waited a month and am now having to pay another company to fix the work.
Gutter, Doors, Patio Cleaning
Adam was very helpfull and was able to do a lot more than I originally asked for. He adopted a flexible approach and I had no quibble with his invoice. In fact I was able to recommend him to a Commnity Association Sports Club (which is very close to my heart). He started working there about a week ago with his team and is making good progress. I shall make a further report when his work is completed.
Clean/Unblock Roof Gutters
Adam was really easy to deal with. Sorted the problem within 24 hours of being in touch. Would definitely use again.
Repair Split Down Pipe & Clear Gutter
Very prompt and friendly service. Job carried out and completed efficiently. Would recommend.
Replace Fascia and Reattach Gutter
Arrived on time and completed the work to an excellent standard with little fuss. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
Chimney and Roof Leak Repair
Job seemed to be done ok initially but not stopped water ingress and made attempts to contact but no resolution. Subsequently used to do some painting which was equally inadequate quality.
