Mark did a fantastic job on my new bathroom. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble. When unexpected rotten joists were discovered, he dealt with everything professionally and kept me informed throughout. He clearly takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners. Even after the job was finished, and my ugly extractor was annoying me - he came back to sort that without any fuss. Reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you Mark & Simon, it’s been a joy having you here. You’re incredible. And I am already saving for the next project because clearly I’m already missing you both 😂
