Kelvin was both professional and efficient. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much to ask. He worked quickly and his upbeat manner, positivity and friendless made the time fly by. He explained what he was doing as he went along, so I learnt something new, and swiftly identified which parts were needed and purchased these. He tied up and checked the job was to satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

Kelvin was available at short notice, came to replace some bathroom taps and when asked to ask for further availability to install a washing machine he said he could do it that same day. Great service. He also came back the next day after one of the taps we had bought was faulty. Would definitely recommend.
