Floor and Wall Tiling Needed
Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend At first, everything seemed promising. We hired him to tile our hallway entrance and kitchen wall. The plan was to complete the hallway first, then return the following week to do the kitchen. However, communication quickly became a major issue. He initially told us he’d arrive on a Monday, only to go silent and later claim car trouble had delayed him until midweek — with no notice. We overlooked it and allowed the work to continue. He eventually completed the hallway and downstairs toilet, and confirmed he’d return the next week for the kitchen. Unfortunately, that never happened. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, we were met with excuse after excuse, until he eventually stopped responding altogether. We were forced to hire someone else to complete the kitchen job. He later agreed to refund our deposit for the kitchen work, but now won’t answer calls or reply to any messages. To make matters worse, parts of the hallway tiling are unfinished, and the tile cuts are poorly done. Avoid this tradesperson — the lack of professionalism and accountability simply isn’t worth the stress.

Kitchen and Hallway Tiling
Absolutely stunning! Fitted my job in with no hesitation. Very professional, can’t recommend enough. Came home from work and my flooring was all complete. I can’t thank Addison enough, it’s perfect.

Floor Tiling
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We paid £300 upfront for screeding a kitchen floor. He initially said he was coming the next day, then had an excuse (fair enough it happens) and gave us a date for the week after. He just never showed up and has not answered any messages, emails or phone calls since (four weeks ago).

Ap professional tilingI originally did a splash back from them. They after they booked me to do the flooring and then canceled a few days before so obviously that’s what a deposit is if you cancel that short notice.

Would highly recommend Addison. His communication was fast and friendly, he’s a lovely guy and offers a really reasonable price. He gave us lots of advice during our job to help us pick the right finishes and was very knowledgeable. We asked lots of questions and he didn’t make us feel stupid at any point! The finish is lovely and we know if there’s any snagging needed we would be able to get in touch with him easily. We wouldn’t hesitate to book him again. NB. Our job was tiling and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor of a semi detached house
