A family run business established in 2004.We are trading standards approved . We specialise in dampness in buildings, timber decay/replacement and all aspects of plastering, garage conversions.We strive to give customers a fast, efficient service and are dedicated to customer satisfaction! All of our new Damp courses come with a 20 year guarantee. If you require a survey for a house purchase there is a charge for this as I have to take in to account the time and fuel I use .

Dean stepped in when another tradesmen had let me down and has done a great job at a very fair rate. He was a lovely guy and he communicated really well about organising a tough job that could be done when the weather allowed. I'd highly recommend AP building services.

Specialist Tradesman
Dean demonstrated an excellent range of skills including plastering, carpentry, tiling and plumbing. This made the workflow process much smoother. His disposition was always positive, indeed sunny, and his inter-personal skills were first class. He was a pleasure to have in the house and utterly trustworthy. Anyone considering a garage conversion would benefit from Dean's multi-skills. I would unhesitatingly recommend him for any building work.
