Here at AP Building & roofing we are a family run business. Between us we have over 65 years experience in all trades and always strive to give our customers the best results possible. We carry ou a wide range of work from structural, to kitchens and bathrooms and all aspects of roofing work. We truly do believe no job is too small as it helps us build a bond with customers and build our client base. We currently contract for two well known estate agents, this is testiment to the quality or work we care out and customer care. We have currently re branded the business as we wanted to have a more personal approach and feel to things for ourselves and our customers.

Slate & Tiled Roof
Was very helpful prompt at quoting and doing job. But roof is still leaking and although said work guaranteed for 5 years. No replying to me and have been chasing for a month now to get them back to sort the two roofs that are both still leaking badly

I will check our invoice database and find the address and attend the property on tuesday next week. A email or phone call should have been made before this review as we always honour our guarantees
Roof Installation/Removal
Job was quoted to be completed by three men in one day, but only two were left to do the job. The two worked well, but unfortunately, due to some damage done, replacement items had to be sourced, and so it was not completed until 7 days later (but this did include a bank holiday). We are, however, now satisfied with the job that has been done.

Chimney Building / Repair
Very bad service provided, skip was left overloaded when job completed and bricks were put into bins. They did a roof replacement and the roof has leaked and tiles are not aligned, very poor work. Have tried contacting them to get invoice for work done and to discuss issues but no reply has been provided, i have had to pay an extra £650 to get the roof to an ok state where it is not leaking water. Would not recommend these builders to anyone as they dont leave property in clean state and work has been done to poor standard. I have tried contacting via email and phone for over 3 months but no reply provided.

AP Building & RoofingThis review has just come to our attention. We never carried out work on your roof we removed internal walls maybe you are confused with contractors? I can assure you not one member off my staff would put bricks in a bin. As I remember the property was vacant and materials were stole from site. Also we know skips can be a pain and it is down to the company who owns the skip to remove them before they are fly tipped in, now we try to avoid using skips where possible and take our waste direct to waste disposal units.

Paul came to do the quote when he said that he would bang on time and I accepted the quote and he did the job there and then A very obliging guy no fuss just got on with job and seemed very efficient On finishing he tidied everything up and left mutually satisfied with the experience Would recommend sij construction Thank you

Two men came checked the damage and gave us a report. We agreed what needed to be done. They did the work and were both very efficient.
